Return Instructions
1. Please submit your return request within 10 days of receipt. We like to keep our inventory fresh and fast returns help us to ensure the high quality of our
merchandise. If you need more time please contact us at yourorder@blueheavenboutique.com. We are always happy to work with our customers and we want you
to be happy with your purchase. E-mail us at yourorder@blueheavenboutique.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning. ALL
RETURNS MUST HAVE A RA NUMBER. Please include your order number with your correspondence. Your order number is the last 5 digits shown on your
invoice. Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you with your RA number.
2. Be sure to include your invoice and exchange instructions if applicable, and send to the address below. We recommend that you purchase tracking and
insurance on return packages. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
3. We will e-mail you once your return has been processed. Please be sure to check your spam folder for our e-mails confirming your return.
Upon receipt of returned goods Blueheavenboutique.com reserves the right to deny the return if it does not meet the company return policy requirements. The
buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

EXCHANGES
If you would like the same item in a different size or color, please return your original merchandise and include a note that tells us the size/color you would like to
receive. If the exchange item is out of stock we will automatically issue a store credit. We cannot hold items for exchange.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns are accepted on merchandise that is in resellable condition only. We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise that HAS BEEN WORN, DAMAGED,
ALTERED OR WASHED. We do not accept items that smell of Febreeze, perfume or any other distinct odor. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the
original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels attached to the shoe box. Please return the item in the same condition we sent it to you. With
tags if applicable, in plastic and nicely packaged.
MERCHANDISE CREDITS
Your credit may be used for future orders from blueheavenboutique.com. An individual merchandise credit code will be issued to you via e-mail with instructions
on how to redeem it. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE UNTIL AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Blue Heaven Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or shipping fees associated with your return package. Please make sure you
ship the package correctly to avoid customs fees from being charged to us upon delivery. Any customs or taxes charged to us upon delivery will be
automatically deducted from the amount of your return. We reserve the right to charge your card for any fee that exceeds the amount of your return.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Returned items may be sent back for exchange or store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items
marked final sale may not be returned. We realize that the no refund policy is a bit unusual, but we have found that our customers shop with us again and again!
The store credit process is very simple and we really do go above and beyond for our customers. We know many of our customers by name and we believe you
will find Blue Heaven Boutique has a more personal level of service than other online stores. We also have a very large selection of designers to choose from and
new merchandise is arriving weekly. We are confident you will find something fabulous to purchase with your store credit.
Cancellations
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order - including cancellations.
